What would the exterior sheetmetal of a typical passenger car look like if no regard was given to aesthetics? If it was designed purely for function, such as minimizing drag, etc.

It would probably be very low to the ground and have a thin, sleek look to it, a little like an ovular UFO. It would also have spoilers on the rear and bottom of the car.

it would look like the thrust scc or more like the front of a jet plane because those things are build for speed and function heres a pic of the thrust scc …

There would be no lines/creases/curves on the car. I think it would be more like a triangle, with the top of the car looking like this.. “/” Except more angled down.
I would look very close to the new honda civic, a wedge from the bottom of the bumper to the roofline.
A cucumber with wheels. (really…this design was found to have the lowest drag of any wheeled vehicle that could be practically built and operated).
